Who it's for
Factories of 30 to 300 people
Paper, spreadsheets, basic inventory software or a full ERP: start from where you are
Cardo Maximus is built for factories of 30 to 300 people with one to three sites: you have production orders and lot numbers, customers audit you, the floor has veterans and people who speak several languages, and the owner is often out. Any industry, with or without an ERP, in any country; what matters is size and situation.
You probably look something like this
The floor still runs on paper and spreadsheets
Reporting on paper, the schedule in a spreadsheet, status requests in a group chat. Usually you start with shop-floor reporting or warehouse scanning: one line first, and it doesn't fall apart when people leave.
- Start with one department
- Phones, tablets and scanners, easy to pick up
- Main screens and messages in Traditional Chinese, English, Thai, Vietnamese and Indonesian
Already have an ERP? Keep it, or switch
Keep it: orders and books stay in your ERP while the shop floor, approvals and documents move into Cardo Maximus, connected through imports, exports and data links, whatever the brand. Switch: orders, purchasing and accounting share one system with the floor; statutory tax filing and payroll run alongside your existing accounting and payroll software.
- Keep it: orders and books stay put, any brand
- Switch: the transaction and finance core in the same system Status:Coming Q1 2027
Legend:Available nowComing Q1 2027
Customers audit you
Lots trace from raw material to finished goods, every inspection and corrective action hangs on the lot number, SOPs and inspection specs carry versions, and an audit pulls it all up at once.
- Trace lots forward and backward
- Inspection records filled in on a phone
- Document versions and acknowledgment records
Where we'll tell you honestly it's not a fit
| Situation | Why | Our advice |
|---|---|---|
| Factories under 10 people | No one owns the process, so a system becomes one more chore | A spreadsheet or basic inventory software is usually enough, and we'll say so |
| Semiconductor fabs, display plants and other large operations | You need a large system, an IT department behind it and a formal procurement process | Not us |
| Pharmaceutical processes that need regulated signature controls | We provide approval records: who, when, what. We don't provide regulated signature controls | Not us |
| Distribution centers that need AGVs, automated storage or pick-path optimization | We don't build those | Not us |
| Companies that want payroll, insurance and tax filing all in one system | These run alongside your existing accounting and payroll software for now and come later | The transaction and finance core is coming Q1 2027; approvals, leave and overtime can go live now |
FAQ
-
We're only about 20 people. Does it still work?
Yes, with one process first, such as shop-floor reporting or warehouse scanning. Under 10 people, a spreadsheet is usually enough, and we'll say so.
-
We have three sites under two companies. Is that OK?
Yes. Several companies and sites are managed separately in one system, each with its own reports, and the owner sees everything with one login. Sites in different countries work the same way, and each user sets their own time zone.
-
We do electronics assembly. Does it fit?
Yes. Production orders, inspection, traceability, inventory, approvals and documents work for any industry. Electronics-specific fixture life and environmental monitoring come later.
