Customers & opportunities

When a salesperson leaves, the customer stays

Customer and opportunity management in Cardo Maximus is available now for factories of 30 to 300 people: customer contacts, account highlights, credit limits and where every opportunity stands, all in one place. Customer messages by email or chat land in one conversation hub, and business cards become contacts; when a salesperson moves on, the customer data stays with the company.

Customers & opportunities

Where you are today

  • Customer details live in salespeople's phones and business-card boxes, and they leave when the salesperson does

  • A customer is already over their credit limit, and sales is still taking new orders

  • The owner asks how much business might come in this quarter and has to ask each salesperson one by one

Every customer on one page

The customer master holds several contacts, so it's clear who handles purchasing and who handles quality; one page per customer shows account highlights, recent documents and ratings. Business cards become contacts without retyping.

  • Customer master with several contacts
  • One page per customer with the account at a glance

Customer messages in one place

Messages customers send by email or chat land in one conversation hub instead of being scattered across salespeople's phones and inboxes. When a salesperson is on leave, colleagues can still see what the customer asked.

  • Customer email and LINE messages in one place
  • Telegram and WhatsApp messages too
  • Colleagues can step in when someone is on leave

As deals move, the forecast moves with them

Each opportunity moves through six stages, and the closer it gets to closing, the more weight it carries; add them up and you see how much business might come in this quarter. Sales forecasts become plans too. When a customer goes over their credit limit, the system holds the order until a manager reviews and approves it.

  • Six opportunity stages with a weighted forecast
  • Sales forecast plans
  • Credit limit checks with manager override

When something goes wrong, you know which customers got it

If a lot has a problem, look up the lot number and see which customers it shipped to. Quotes, orders, shipments, invoices, returns and credit notes will be linked under the same customer, and online store orders will import in bulk.

FAQ

  • Is this a CRM?

Yes, the kind a factory actually uses: customer master, a one-page view of each customer, opportunities and forecasts, credit limits and customer messages, on the same data as inventory, production and lot numbers. Quote, order and shipment documents are coming in Q1 2027.

  • If a customer asks where a lot came from, can we answer?

Yes. Look up the lot number and pull up which materials went in, which operations it went through and which customers it shipped to. When a customer audits you, the records come out all at once.

  • Is customer management the same for contract manufacturing and an own brand?

The focus differs; the system is the same. Contract manufacturers have a few large customers and watch credit limits, account history and audit records; own-brand and distribution businesses have many customers, contacts and messages and watch whether every opportunity and message gets picked up. Customer master and opportunities are ready-made; each uses what it needs.

Turn your potential into tomorrow's edge.

The first step is small: tell us how you run things today. We map it for free and tell you where to start. No pitch for the whole system.

After go-live: when a salesperson leaves, customer data and history stay with the company, and the owner sees how much business might come in this quarter. Start with customers and opportunities alone; add production or inventory later.
