The Cardo Maximus Enterprise Operating System: full release Q1 2027
Everything a factory does. One system, one set of data.
Cardo Maximus is an AI factory management system for factories of 30 to 300 people: production, quality, inventory, equipment, customers, orders, purchasing, accounting, engineering, approvals and documents in one system, on one set of data. Start with one department; keep your ERP if you have one, or move everything over at once. From planning to go-live, someone stays with you until your team actually uses it. Production, quality, inventory, equipment maintenance and monitoring, customers and opportunities, R&D and engineering data, approvals and documents are available now. The transaction and finance core (orders, purchasing, accounting) and supply chain & purchasing arrive with the full lineup in Q1 2027. Statutory tax filing and payroll run alongside your existing accounting and payroll software for now and come later.
Why one system instead of one more
Part numbers, customers, suppliers and production orders are created once; sales, the floor and accounting see the same record. That's why the AI can answer "why is this order late?": it sees orders, schedule, shortages and equipment at once, instead of guessing across systems.

- One login sees everything
- One point of contact from start to finish
The full lineup
-
Manufacturing operations management
Production Status:Available now
Production orders, scheduling and shop-floor reporting on one screen; drag to reschedule; nobody has to ask three people for a status.
-
Quality management
Quality & traceability Status:Available now
Customer audit? One lot number pulls up materials, inspections and corrective actions.
-
Receiving · Issuing · Counts
Warehouse & materials Status:Available now
Receive and issue by scanning; expiring stock flags itself; no hunting for material.
-
Maintenance · Repairs
Equipment & maintenance Status:Available now
Maintenance orders open themselves when due; repairs run to close-out, and the spare parts used come off stock on their own.
-
Machine connectivity · Alarms
Equipment monitoring Status:Available now
Connect your machines: live values, alarms and trends in one view, and if a link drops, the time the data stopped.
-
Customers · Opportunities
Customers & opportunities Status:Available now
Contacts, credit limits and opportunities in one place; when a salesperson leaves, the customer stays.
-
Transaction and finance core
Orders, purchasing & accounting Status:Coming Q1 2027
See stock and capacity while you quote, and stop reconciling three spreadsheets at month-end; statutory tax filing and payroll run alongside your existing accounting and payroll software.
-
Purchasing · Material requirements
Supply chain & purchasing Status:Coming Q1 2027
Requisition to credit note on one line, and material needs worked out from orders and forecasts, so shortages show up before the line stops.
-
Engineering data · Product lifecycle
R&D and engineering data Status:Available now
Bills of materials, routings, recipes and work instructions with versions and effective dates: revise them freely, nothing gets mixed up.
-
E-approvals · Announcements and calendar
Approvals & admin Status:Available now
Approve from email or chat, submit leave requests from your phone, see who has read each announcement; nothing stalls when the owner is away.
-
Documents · Knowledge
Documents & knowledge Status:Available now
Always find the current version of an ISO document; who changed it and who approved it is on record, so the audit trail builds itself.
-
Carbon inventory
Carbon inventory Status:Coming Q1 2027
When customers ask for emissions data, enter usage and get ISO 14064-1 figures with traceable factors.
-
AI
AI assistant Status:Available now
It compiles, tracks, reminds and answers; anything that changes data asks you first.
Two ways to start today
| Where you are | What we suggest | How to start now |
|---|---|---|
| You have an ERP and want to keep it | Keep it. Orders and books stay in your ERP; the shop floor, approvals and documents move into Cardo Maximus first. Switch later and orders, purchasing and accounting are already in the same system, so nothing migrates twice. | Shop floor, approvals and documents first; orders and books connect through imports, exports and data links, whatever the brand |
| No ERP, or ready to replace it | Move everything over. Orders, purchasing and accounting sit on the same data as production orders, shop-floor reporting and inspections. The transaction and finance core arrives in Q1 2027; statutory tax filing and payroll run alongside your existing accounting and payroll software for now and come later. | Shop floor and approvals first; your data carries over when orders, purchasing and accounting connect |

FAQ
-
What does "full release" mean?
The full lineup goes live together: the transaction and finance core for orders, purchasing and accounting, supply chain & purchasing, quote to shipment for customers and carbon inventory, plus everything available now: production, quality, inventory, equipment maintenance and monitoring, customers and opportunities, R&D and engineering data, approvals, documents and the AI assistant. What's available now doesn't change; it only grows.
-
If we start now, will the work be wasted?
No. It's one set of data all along; nothing gets rebuilt when new departments connect.
-
What can we use now?
Production, quality, inventory, equipment maintenance and monitoring, customers and opportunities, R&D and engineering data, approvals, documents and the AI assistant can go live today. The full list is on Features & status.
-
We already have an ERP. What then?
Keep it. Orders and books stay in your ERP; the shop floor, approvals and documents move into Cardo Maximus first. Switch later and orders, purchasing and accounting are already in the same system, so nothing migrates twice.
-
How is it priced?
Pricing follows a free assessment, based on your size and the scope you want to roll out.
Features marked "Coming Q1 2027" are not available yet. Features marked "Coming later" have no date and run alongside what you use today. We don't publish finer dates, and we don't announce what we can't deliver.
Turn your potential into tomorrow's edge.
The first step is small: tell us how you run things today. We map it for free and tell you where to start. No pitch for the whole system.
It's the same free assessment: see what's available now first, then a walkthrough of the transaction and finance core.
