Documents & knowledge
The current SOP, one click away
Cardo Maximus document and knowledge management are available now for factories of 30 to 300 people: SOPs, inspection specs, customer drawings and supplier certificates in one document center with versions, effective status, permissions, audit records and ISO clause mapping. Nobody asks "which version is current?" mid-audit, and what the veterans know gets written down.
Where you are today
The auditor names a clause; you click, it's there
Every document carries a version and effective status; who changed what and who approved it is kept, and versions compare side by side. The ISO clause map links straight to the documents.

Drawings and attachments right on the record
Customer drawings and inspection specs attach to part numbers, production orders and inspection forms; on the floor you tap and the PDF opens, no inbox search. Automatic numbering, tags and watermarks.

Review reminders and sign-off
When a document comes up for review, you're reminded first; a new release can require the people affected to acknowledge it, and you see who hasn't at a glance. New hires have something to learn from.
- Review-date reminders
- Required acknowledgment with a who's-outstanding list
- Permissions per folder and per document
Incoming documents filed automatically Status:Coming later
Drawings from customers and certificates from suppliers that arrive by email will be captured, classified and filed under the right part number and supplier automatically.

FAQ
-
Is this a DMS or a KMS?
Both. Document management is versions and records; knowledge management is making sure new hires can find how things are done. In Cardo Maximus it's one document center, searched by keywords in titles and summaries.
-
Does it keep the version and release records ISO 9001 document control requires?
Yes. Versions, effective status, approvals, reviews, acknowledgments and audit records are all kept and map to ISO clauses.
-
Can we store drawings?
Yes. PDFs and images preview directly and attach to part numbers, production orders and inspection forms; native CAD files are kept as attachments.

How is it priced?
Pricing follows a free assessment, based on your size and the scope you want to roll out.
Turn your potential into tomorrow's edge.
The first step is small: tell us how you run things today. We map it for free and tell you where to start. No pitch for the whole system.
After go-live: two days before the audit, nobody is hunting for the SOP. Start with documents alone; add approvals or quality later.
